Here is what to expect:
All our properties have the same features and benefits. Everything [and we mean everything] is included in one price. [Oops! Snow plowing, but not shoveling, at the apartments and houses.]
On moving in day, check in at the Hotel. We will escort you to your new temporary, contemporary home. And carry in your bags. [You carry your toothbrush]
All utilities, cable TV, phone are paid. [You can make unlimited local calls, but long distance you have to pay. We once had some guests who called New Zealand a lot, and their phone bill exceeded their rent]
All lawn and yard care is provided.
Kitchens are fully equipped, all bed and bath linen is provided.
All the little things we all forget about are there; alarm clocks, iron & board, hair dryers, stereos. In many cases, there are board games, books and knick-knacks [just to make it feel like home].
One of our Guestkeepers will arrive once a week [by appointment] to wash your linen and make up your bed, clean the bathroom and vacuum the floors [we do all the dirty stuff].
If you are new to the community, we will hold your hand, introduce you to your neighbors, tell you where the dry cleaners are and recommend a dentist.
Did I forget anything? If I did, it's probably included! Whew! We really do a lot. But that's good business.
A few words about pricing:
We realize the price ranges are pretty wide. Skaneateles Village is a very special place, and very seasonal. In general, the highest price is for one month, in-season. The lowest price is for multiple months in off-season. But please call for more information.
